For more than 20 years, Ashley has worked in the legal industry, leading complex projects, guiding teams through change, and helping organizations navigate high-stakes legal data, eDiscovery, technology, and operational challenges.

Throughout her career, she became known for bringing clarity to complexity. Her work has included building legal intake and operational workflows, leading large-scale legal data and technology initiatives, strengthening litigation readiness, and developing metrics that help teams understand what is happening and make better decisions. Across those efforts, Ashley connects people, process, technology, and data, asks the questions that uncover what is really happening, and builds practical solutions that work.

Over time, Ashley recognized that the same strengths driving her legal work were also deeply connected to people and their growth. That realization led her to professional coaching and ultimately to Continuum Services, where she now brings together two distinct but complementary areas of work: legal consulting and coaching.

Through her legal consulting practice, Ashley partners with legal teams and service providers that need experienced leadership, additional capacity, or help solving a specific operational challenge. Her work spans legal data and systems, eDiscovery, legal operations, process improvement, metrics and intelligence, and technology implementation.

As a professionally certified coach, Ashley partners with individuals navigating transitions, making important decisions, managing competing priorities, or asking what comes next. Her role is not to provide the answers. It is to help clients uncover their own.

Across both sides of her work, Ashley brings curiosity, systems thinking, thoughtful conversation, and a practical operator’s lens. Whether she is helping an organization solve a complex legal challenge or helping an individual find a path forward, her goal is the same: create clarity, uncover what is getting in the way, and turn insight into meaningful action.
